Managing your shipping identifiers

After initial setup, you can edit or remove your Japan Post Later Pay Number at any time.

Add or update your Later Pay Number 

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → General.
2. Scroll to Japan Post Later Pay Number.
3. Enter or update your Later Pay Number.
4. Click Save.

Once saved, the Later Pay Number is used on every Japan Post shipping label created from this organization.

How to find your Japan Post Later Pay Number 

Your Later Pay Number is issued by Japan Post when you set up a postal contract. If you don't have it on hand, contact your Japan Post account manager. Your Later Pay Number is printed on your contract paperwork and is visible in your Japan Post business account portal.

Do not enter your Japan Post customer ID or login ID in this field. The Later Pay Number is a separate identifier issued specifically for postal billing.
