Possible Types
AGENT_INFERRED
Worked out by the agent from the item (its name, description, HS code), not stated anywhere.
CATALOG_DATA
Read from the merchant's own catalog or product data.
MERCHANT_PROFILE
Filled from the merchant's compliance profile: a standing answer (a certifier, say) or a fact they said they don't have.
USER_STATED
Stated by the user in the conversation, or made by them when attesting (a certification).
