Inclusive pricing

Inclusive pricing allows you to display all-in prices to international shoppers by incorporating duties, taxes, and fees into product prices upfront. Zonos offers two flexible solutions—calculated inclusive pricing and reverse inclusive pricing—both backed by the Zonos Landed Cost guarantee. These solutions simplify the cross-border buying experience and improve conversion by eliminating surprise costs at checkout.

Calculated inclusive pricing (Shopify only) automatically adjusts your product prices on a per-country basis. Zonos calculates a consistent, fixed flat rate for each market based on your order history and industry standards, applying it across all your base catalog items. You choose exactly what's included in that price for each country: taxes only, or duties, taxes, and fees. Zonos monitors orders and updates rates weekly to keep your pricing accurate, predictable, and easy to manage.

Reverse inclusive pricing (API only) is for merchants who want full control over pricing: you set the inclusive price, and Zonos reverses out duties, taxes, and fees to calculate the base price for customs documentation. This is ideal for custom storefronts and consistent international pricing.
